The Boss’s code:

Rule #1

We never make mistakces.

We find alternative paths to our goals.

Rule #2

We never apologise.

One that never errs can never be at fault.

Rule #3

Never let others know your weaknesses.

Or your weaknesses will be used against you.

 

Rule #4

Create a space where others will express their vulnerabilities to you.

But do not disclose your own. You need to feel superior to them, and the only way to do that honestly is by having leverage over them. 

Rule #5

The only mistake you can make is acknowledging you made a mistake.

So remember Rule #1.

 

Now go out there and be a real asshole, like a banker, or a trader, or anyone that profits off the ignorance of others.
